Submitting a form on this website sends us a booking request, not an instantly confirmed reservation. We personally review every request and confirm availability, pricing, and details directly with you by phone or email before your stay is finalised.

Prices shown at the time of search reflect our current rates for the selected dates but are not guaranteed until confirmed by us. Rates may vary by season and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times, along with house rules for the specific property, will be shared with you when your booking is confirmed.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to treat the property, its contents, and neighbouring residents with respect, and to follow any house rules provided by the host at check-in.

5. Payments

At present, no online payment is collected through this website. Payment arrangements are made directly with the host as part of confirming your booking.
