Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation
- Submitting an enquiry through our Contact Us form does not constitute a confirmed booking.
- A booking is confirmed only after the customer completes the payment through our secure payment gateway and receives a booking confirmation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
The refund amount will depend on the number of days remaining before the scheduled check-in date:

| 15 days or more before check-in | 100% refund |
| 10–14 days before check-in | 50% refund |
| 5–9 days before check-in | 25% refund |
| Less than 5 days before check-in | No refund |
| No-show | No refund |
- The cancellation period will be calculated based on the scheduled check-in date.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking.
- Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Booking date changes are subject to availability and may be subject to the applicable cancellation terms.
